The claim reporting requirements for Medicare’s Appropriate Use Criteria (AUC) for Advanced Diagnostic Imaging program begin on January 1, 2020. While 2020 will be an education and testing period, providers will need to begin reporting the AUC required data in claims in order to be ready for the full implementation scheduled for January 1, 2021.
